An Important Update on Our Filing Status

We want to take a moment to update you on the administrative status of the Terra Nova Education Foundation
As of now, you may notice that our organization appears as suspended on the California Attorney General’s Registry of Charities. We want to reassure you that this is strictly due to a backlog in state processing, not due to any misconduct or financial mismanagement.
Over the past several months, we have submitted all required financial reports and compliance documentation covering the years 2019 through 2024. We are currently awaiting final confirmation and processing from the Registry of Charities and Fundraisers. Unfortunately, turnaround times have been significantly longer than expected—up to 60–90 business days—which has been both frustrating and challenging as we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we remain fully committed to transparency and accountability. We have proactively resubmitted all relevant materials and are monitoring our filing status closely.
We deeply appreciate your continued support and understanding during this period. If you have any questions or would like to review our submitted financials, we’re happy to provide them directly.
